Agreement

By accessing or using Xorbite, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and applicable safety/community rules. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility and account security

• You represent that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate information and maintain account security.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, stalking, exploitation, trafficking, hate conduct, or violence threats.
• No non-consensual, illegal, or prohibited sexual content or solicitations.
• No malware, scraping, reverse engineering, bot abuse, or unauthorized automation.
• No fraud, impersonation, document tampering, or payment abuse.

User content license

You retain ownership of your content but grant Xorbite a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and display content for service operation, moderation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and product improvement.

Moderation and enforcement

Xorbite may investigate, remove content, suspend access, limit features, or terminate accounts at our discretion where necessary for legal compliance, platform safety, abuse prevention, or risk management.

Payments, subscriptions, and events

• Fees may apply for subscriptions, tickets, boosts, or premium features.
• Taxes, chargebacks, refunds, and cancellation windows follow posted policies and law.
• Event organizers and venues may impose additional terms and conduct rules.
• We may block risky transactions and require enhanced verification.

Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility outcomes, or user behavior. We do not guarantee social, romantic, business, or event outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xorbite and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or business.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you to Xorbite during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Xorbite from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, conduct, legal violations, or breach of these Terms.

Dispute resolution

Except where prohibited by law, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination and updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, and may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
